For delivery, please fill out the "Customer Details" on the next page with the information of the intended recipient. Your information will be entered under the "Billing Address" which will pop up after you un-check the "Same as delivery address" box in the Payment Section.

If you are doing store pickup, "Customer Details" will still be your information. Thank you!
